HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Protect jewelry from extreme temperatures + chemicals.
Remove jewelry before swimming or near chlorine.
Use a soft jewelry cloth to polish jewelry.
Store jewelry in a jewelry bag or airtight box.
Allow perfumes, lotions + creams to dry before wearing jewelry.

For a long lasting shine, avoid showering in your jewelry
when possible.

I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPIMG ADDRESS OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please email us at info@theluxejewelrybar.com. Please include details of the issue, your name, phone number, and your order number (if available).

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY MERCHANDISE?

All sales are final, but if you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to do so. Check out our returns section for more info.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

As soon as your order leaves our facility, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.

RETURNS

We hope to provide the best products possible. Although we do not give refunds, we will strive to provide the best customer service. If you need to exchange your items, please reach out but know there is a $6 return fee to cover shipping both ways.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theluxejewelrybar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING

Processing time is typically 2-3 day unless stated otherwise. Shipping times are based on carrier selection at checkout.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the order is fulfilled.
